Missha Collagen Caused Breakouts

Missha Collagen Caused Breakouts
January 7, 2025 7:12 PM50

About two months ago, I purchased Missha Collagen and used it as part of a skincare set. However, shortly after, I started breaking out. When I returned to the store, the original salesperson wasn't there, so I asked another employee for advice. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply told me to continue using it because it’s a moisturizer.

Despite following their recommendation, the breakouts got worse. Another employee later admitted, "If it were up to me, I would have recommended something else." So now, not only have I wasted my money, but my skin is suffering as well.

I want a proper resolution—whether it’s a refund or a product exchange, because I did not expect a skincare product to damage my skin like this. Missha, please take responsibility and assist me in resolving this issue.

I Used Missha Power Block Sunscreen and It Severely Damaged My Skin Over Time

"The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them. I called many times, I sent them an email, but they only replied with their working hours. Even when I call during working hours, I can’t reach them. I understand they might be busy, but is it really this much? If the company’s contact line is not dealing with customers, what is it dealing with? Have a good day."
