Don't Shop at Missha, They Have Horrible Support

I am writing in reference to my previous complaint. I deeply regretted purchasing a few products that turned out to be a complete waste of money. Initially, when I raised the issue on this platform, they responded as if they were concerned about my problem. They advised me to contact customer service and request a refund, assuring me that it would be processed. I promptly called customer service at 0312 503 66 41, and they assured me that their team would review my complaint and respond within the day. I was told to wait for their call back. However, instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed to victimize and ridicule me, attempting to divert my attention. This experience with Missha has been nothing but disappointing.
