I am absolutely outraged with Karcher! My K7 pressure washer developed a fault in its spray gun, so I called customer service and opened a case. I promptly shipped the product back to them on the same day. However, a week later, I still hadn't received any notification that a service record had been opened. It was only when I sent an email that I finally learned the product had even reached the service center.
This is utterly unacceptable. Despite calling them approximately 10 times, I still haven't received my repaired product, even though the legal repair period has long passed. I cannot express the profound regret I feel for ever choosing this brand. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and it's clear Karcher has zero respect for its customers' time or property.
Even if this issue eventually gets resolved, I will never purchase another Karcher product again. This blatant disregard for customer service and legal repair timelines is disgraceful. Karcher, you need to return my repaired K7 pressure washer immediately or replace it! Stop dragging your feet and provide a swift resolution to this frustrating and infuriating ordeal.
