When our Miele washing machine stopped working, we called Miele service on September 19, 2023. They told us there was an 'F53 error' and that it might be a problem with the machine's card or motor. They gave us a service document that had the codes and costs on it. They said we have to wait for 4-6 weeks and they promised to let us know when the card comes.
After six weeks, the technician came back with the new card but found out that it was the incorrect one. He said he would order it again and let us know when it arrives. Unfortunately, he never called us back again. We were desperate, so we called the customer service hotline on November 20, 2023, and explained the situation. They said they saw the new part, told the manager Mr. B*** about the situation, and promised to call us back.
After a whole week without getting a response, we decided to call again on November 27. However, when we called, they informed us that they hadn't received any communication from us regarding the replacement part and that they hadn't noticed any problems. It's obvious that they didn't fix our machine and also ignored our complaints without giving us any updates. I want to make it clear that I will take this complaint to Germany and stress that it's their responsibility to fix my machine. If they don't fix the problem, I'll explore all possible legal options. It's really discouraging that I've called the service hotline so many times and haven't gotten any results.
