Brand-New Opel Corsa Sold With Painted Door, Dealer Denies Defect

On January 21, 2026, I purchased a brand-new Opel Corsa Electric GS 2025 from the Opel Gaziantep Adım Showroom. At the time of sale, I was clearly told verbally that the vehicle was brand new, kept in a covered upper area, and that it had not even been parked in an open lot so it would not receive any marks or damage.
On January 27, 2026, I had the vehicle inspected by an independent inspection service. As a result of this inspection, it was determined that the right rear door of the vehicle had been painted. This finding directly contradicts the way the vehicle was presented and sold to me as flawless and brand new.
After discovering this issue, I first contacted the dealership, and upon their direction, a case was opened with Opel’s main center. However, after their review, I was told that the significantly different paint thickness (micron) values on the relevant part were claimed to be “within factory data,” and the matter was dismissed on that basis.
I do not accept that a vehicle sold as brand new and flawless can have a painted right rear door, nor do I find it acceptable that this is being normalized by referring to factory values. I feel misled both in terms of trust and financial value, as I paid the full price believing the vehicle was completely flawless.
I request that my vehicle be replaced with a flawless Opel Corsa Electric GS 2025 in the same color, or that my payment be refunded in an amount equal to its current value. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently and in a way that will restore my trust.
