LG DFC425FP Dishwasher Motor Problems and Error Code 1E

We bought a dishwasher with the code DFC425FP on October 20, 2022. On June 6, 2023, it broke down because of a problem with the motor, and within a week, the motor was fixed for free. A month later, the machine showed an error code "be," and I followed the instructions from the service to calibrate the water level. In the end, on October 10th, 2023, the machine messed up again with error code 1E. When we reached out to customer service, they told us that the main board needed to be replaced. They said it would take about three weeks to complete the replacement. Even though we bought it just a year ago, we think the product is defective and has manufacturing issues because of the problems with important parts. During this time, as we wait for the replacement parts, we've had to deal with the inconvenience of washing dishes by hand. We asked the service to replace the machine completely, but they turned down our request because different parts of the machine failed at different times. So now we're stuck dealing with the same problem again. We complained to LG's customer service, reached out to the Consumer Hotline, and now we're waiting for a solution to the problem.
