I Request Telegram Account Recovery Without Old SIM Card

I have a Telegram account registered with the phone number +2349060691***. I lost access to this phone line some time ago, but I was still able to use my Telegram account on my old phone until yesterday, when that phone was also lost. Since then, I have been completely unable to log in to my account on my new phone because I cannot receive any SMS or calls on the old number.

At the moment, my Telegram account, chats, and contacts are all inaccessible, and I have no way to receive the login code that is normally sent by SMS to the registered phone number. I have not received any support or response so far.

I kindly request assistance to regain access to my Telegram account without using SMS to the old number, for example, by verifying my identity through alternative methods and allowing me to log in or transfer the account to a new, active phone number. I would like to continue using my existing account, chats, and contacts securely on my new device.
