Redmi Note 13 Freezes and Drops Calls Even After Motherboard Replacement

On May 20, 2024, I purchased a Redmi Note 13 smartphone from a Xiaomi store. Shortly after the purchase, the phone began experiencing freezing, lagging, and especially serious problems during phone calls. During calls, the phone would frequently shut down, I could not hear the other party clearly, and at times my voice would not be transmitted to the other side. At first, I thought this might be related to the mobile network, but when the same problems continued in different locations and environments, I realized that the issue was with the device itself.
Because of this, I sent the phone to the service center. The service informed me that the mainboard (motherboard) had been replaced and returned the phone to me. However, after I started using the device again, the problems did not improve—on the contrary, they became worse. The phone now shuts down and freezes much more frequently. In addition, the camera application is almost unusable, as it takes about one minute to open.
Due to the serious problems in basic usage, as well as ongoing call and camera performance issues, and the fact that these problems have continued and worsened despite service intervention, I believe that this device is defective. For this reason, I request that my Redmi Note 13, which I purchased from the Xiaomi store, be replaced with a brand-new unit.
