Microsoft Refund Still Not Received After 10 Days Despite Approval

I returned products purchased from Microsoft, and while the refunds were processed and deducted from my account, the money has yet to be credited back to my card. It’s been 10 days since the refund was approved, and I’m still waiting.

I even emailed customer support to expedite the process, but I haven’t received any response. This delay and lack of communication are frustrating, especially when the refund status shows as completed. I request Microsoft to resolve this issue immediately and credit the refund to my account without further delay. I expected better service from such a reputable company. Please address this promptly.
