I Bought 3 Xbox Games I Can’t Use on Windows

50

On May 2, 2025, I purchased three games directly from the official Xbox website, assuming they would work on my Windows device. However, once the purchase was complete, I discovered that these games aren’t available in the Microsoft Store for Windows, meaning I can’t install or play any of them.

Naturally, I submitted a refund request, and thankfully, it was approved. But despite the confirmation, the refund has still not been processed back to my bank account. It’s been several days, and the money is still missing.

I find this completely unacceptable. If a product is sold in a way that isn’t compatible with the user’s platform, then the refund process should be quick and transparent—not another source of stress.

Microsoft/Xbox, please issue my refund immediately. I followed every step on my end, the purchase was invalid, the return was accepted, and now I am simply waiting for my own money to be returned. This should not be a drawn-out process.
