Mango Store Delayed Refund
Despite the fact that fifteen days have passed since I returned a product to Mango's online store, there is still no information regarding the status of my credit card refund. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that the store had not yet processed the return that I had made. Due to the fact that I have been paying the installments for the product that I have returned for a full two months, this is extremely frustrating. Immediately seeking a resolution, I demand a refund as soon as possible.
