Xbox Refund Approved but Still No Payment for Far Cry 5 and Other Games
I purchased Far Cry 5, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Need for Speed Payback from Xbox. I later requested refunds for all three games, and my refund requests were approved. However, it has now been 9 days, and I still haven’t received the payments in my account.
This delay has been extremely disappointing, and I expected better service from Xbox. I kindly ask Xbox to resolve this issue immediately and ensure my refunded amount is deposited as soon as possible. Thank you.
