Unable to Retrieve USDT Due to Memo Error – MEXC Keeps Rejecting My Verification
On August 22, 2024, I transferred USDT to my MEXC account from another exchange, but I forgot to include the memo information required for the Toncoin network. As a result, the funds didn’t arrive in my account. I submitted a refund request, which was approved, but now MEXC is asking for additional documents.
Despite uploading the required photo twice, showing my ID and handwritten note, I keep receiving the error: "Your photo with ID and note does not meet the requirements. Please review the instructions and resubmit." However, they do not specify what’s wrong with the photo. I’ve filled out all the requested details, including my MEXC account information, application date, and signature, but the request is still rejected. I need MEXC to clearly communicate the issue and resolve this matter immediately.
