MEXC Hasn’t Credited My 1.9M WSM Tokens for 133 Days Despite Successful Transfer

On December 28, 2024, I transferred 1,965,836.803054 WSM tokens from my OKX account to my wallet on MEXC Exchange using the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network. The transaction was successful on OKX, and I have the blockchain transaction ID to prove it:

Yet today is May 10, 2025—133 days later—and the tokens still haven’t shown up in my MEXC wallet. The platform continues to list the transaction as “Processing”, and the deposit function is still disabled with the message:
“Deposits suspended due to wallet maintenance.”

I’ve contacted support countless times, submitted emails and tickets, and every single response has been a generic auto-reply:
“Wallet maintenance is ongoing. Your deposit will reflect once it’s completed.”
This level of service is unacceptable.

No exchange should take over four months to complete a wallet update. There’s zero transparency, no communication, no timeline, and no accountability. This incident has seriously damaged my trust in MEXC’s technical infrastructure and its commitment to user satisfaction—especially considering the significant assets I hold on the platform.

MEXC, I demand immediate action. Complete the token transfer, explain why this delay was allowed to drag on for 133 days, and publicly commit to preventing such failures in the future. I have screenshots and all transaction records and will provide them if needed. But at this point, I expect results—not more robotic responses.
