I Can’t Get My Coins Refunded from MEXC After Binance TR Transfer

I made a refund request from Binance TR to my MEXC account, but the funds have not been returned. I’ve been trying for days to resolve the issue, submitting multiple requests to MEXC support. Unfortunately, every request I send is automatically rejected without any proper explanation.

I have provided everything they asked for—clear screenshots, video recordings, the recipient address, and sender address. Despite supplying all required documentation in full, MEXC refuses to assist or process the return. It feels like they are intentionally making things difficult just to avoid refunding my money.

I demand that MEXC support take this issue seriously and promptly refund the coins I rightfully sent. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and return my funds.
