I Can’t Recover My Tron Transfer on Mexc Despite Providing TxID Proof

I am extremely disappointed with the way Mexc is handling my issue. I recently made an online purchase and accidentally sent Tron (TRX) instead of USDT to the provided address. Thankfully, the recipient was honest and returned the Tron to my Mexc account. However, Mexc refuses to credit the refunded amount to my wallet.

I submitted the official transaction ID (TxID) as proof of the refund, but Mexc Support flat-out rejected it. They now demand a video from the sender showing that the refund was made — something completely unreasonable since I no longer have any way to contact the person who sent it back.

Despite clearly proving the transaction through the blockchain TxID, Mexc continues to ignore my case and leaves me without my rightful funds. I am feeling completely helpless and unfairly treated. I urgently call on Mexc to correct this situation, credit my refunded Tron, and stop making impossible demands from users who are already trying their best to provide evidence.
