MEXC Won’t Update My Phone Number – Unfair Verification Process

I have been a MEXC customer since 2022, but in 2024, I changed my phone number and haven’t used my account for a while. Now, I’m trying to log in, but I can’t access my account because my phone number isn’t updated.

I followed the reset instructions exactly as MEXC requested, but they keep rejecting my video submission, claiming it’s blurry or unclear. What kind of system is this? I have never seen a platform require a video for phone number updates—normally, a selfie with an ID and a written request is enough.

MEXC, update my phone number immediately! This unnecessary and frustrating process is preventing me from accessing my funds. Fix this now!
