I purchased SOLVEX on the MEXC crypto exchange, intending to cash out on my payment date. However, without any prior warning, MEXC suspended SOLVEX trading, making it impossible to buy or sell.

They initially claimed trading would resume at $0.75 and estimated a 1-week to 10-day wait. However, the deadline has passed, and there has been no update or resolution. I am now stuck with inaccessible funds, and my financial obligations are being affected.

I trusted MEXC based on a Telegram recommendation (LePublic), but this situation is unacceptable. MEXC must restore trading or provide a solution immediately!
