I placed a Premarket order on MEXC to buy cryptocurrency before its official listing. Now that the token is live on the exchange, my order is still stuck in settlement, and I’m being told I have to wait another day. This is extremely frustrating!

This is your first mistake, plus it was listed on crypto exchanges and there was no settlement in my purchase order anyway after the premarket closed, in this case, the transaction should be canceled and the money refunded 3 or 4 hours after the premarket closes, what you are doing is instead of canceling the transaction after the premarket has closed, you are postponing the settlement date to the next day to use my money for another day, explain this to me.
