MEXC Suspended Solvex Coin Transactions for Over 10 Days

I am a Solvex coin holder on MEXC, and for more than 10 days, transactions have been suspended without any explanation. I am unable to trade, withdraw, or do anything with my holdings, and there has been no communication from MEXC regarding when this issue will be resolved.
How much longer do we have to wait? There is no official statement or timeline for when Solvex transactions will resume. This lack of transparency is causing serious inconvenience to investors.
MEXC, provide a clear update on when Solvex transactions will be reactivated! We need an official response with a specific reopening date. Please address this issue immediately!
