I Can’t Access My MEXC Account and My Funds Are Stuck Without Explanation

I’m extremely disappointed with MEXC right now. My account was suddenly locked under the vague excuse of a "control mechanism," and since then, I haven’t been able to perform any actions—no trading, no withdrawals, nothing. What's worse is that I have no idea what’s happening with my funds. I’ve received no meaningful explanation, no warning, and no timeline for resolution.

I chose MEXC because of its sleek user interface and positive first impressions, but what good is a pretty design if I can’t even access my money? A platform handling users’ crypto assets should offer transparency and reliable support—not radio silence and blocked access.

I demand that MEXC clarify why my account was locked and immediately release my funds. This kind of user experience is unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.
