I transferred a cryptocurrency worth around 50 USDT from my wallet to MEXC, expecting it to arrive in my MEXC exchange account. Unfortunately, the funds did not appear due to the crypto been unsupported. Now, MEXC is requesting a 20 USDT fee to recover the funds. Given the situation, I find this fee excessive and unjustified, especially considering the total value of the transfer. I respectfully request assistance in retrieving my funds.
