I Lost 2.4M USDT from My MEXC Account Without Consent and Can’t Reach Any Real Support

On May 21, 2025, a staggering 2,416,468 USDT was withdrawn from my MEXC account without my knowledge or consent. As soon as I noticed the unauthorized transaction, I reported the incident to the cyber crimes division. The investigation so far indicates that the transaction took place without any external breach or forced entry, which I find highly suspicious.
I immediately contacted MEXC customer support, and they simply told me to contact law enforcement. I complied and submitted my complaint. Authorities requested that I provide contact details for MEXC's official representative in Turkey so they could proceed with a direct inquiry. However, MEXC has completely failed to respond or provide any local contact.
This lack of communication is unacceptable given the scale of the loss. I demand a full investigation and immediate recovery of the stolen funds. I also insist that MEXC provide a verified representative to work with Turkish authorities. Transparency and proper customer support are the least I expect from a platform that handles this level of financial responsibility.
