I recently updated the MEXC mobile application following a new version release, and since then, my dollar balance has completely disappeared from my account. I had previously purchased dollars through the platform, and they were showing correctly in my wallet. However, after the update, my assets no longer appear, and I cannot access them in any section of the app.
What’s even more concerning is that the app behaves as if my account does not exist. This situation has caused me serious emotional distress and financial anxiety. I have invested real money into this platform, and now I am left without access to my funds or any clear explanation.
