MEXC Account Balance Missing After KYC Verification

I am a MEXC user with account number 081**997, and my funds have disappeared after KYC verification! Before completing KYC, I could see my assets without any issues. However, after logging out and back in, my balance now shows zero. I was given a 24-hour review period, but it has already been two days, and my funds are still missing. This is unacceptable! Where did my assets go? I need immediate clarification and resolution from MEXC. If this is a system error, fix it now. If my funds were removed for any reason, I demand an explanation.
