I recently purchased BETTY/SOL coin through the MEXC exchange, but the tokens have completely disappeared from my account. My balance shows zero despite the transaction being completed, and I have no idea what happened to my funds. I've tried to reach out to MEXC support multiple times, but there has been absolutely no response. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely concerning and seriously damages trust in the platform.
As an investor, I expect proper handling of my funds and clear communication when something goes wrong. Instead, I'm left in the dark with no way to recover or even inquire about my missing coins. There’s no one to talk to, no status updates, and no resolution in sight.
