I Logged Back Into My MEXC Account and My Total Balance Shows 0

I’m very frustrated with what just happened on MEXC. After logging out of the mobile app and signing back in, I was shocked to see that all of my assets were gone. My wallet shows a total balance of ₺0 across all sections — spot, funding, and futures. I checked the settings and confirmed that the “hide small balances” option is turned off, yet the platform still shows absolutely nothing in my account.

This is unacceptable. I haven’t made any transfers or withdrawals, so there is no reason why my holdings should suddenly disappear. I’ve double-checked everything on my end, so this issue clearly lies with MEXC.

I demand an immediate investigation and restoration of my assets. If my funds are not recovered promptly, I will file formal complaints on every platform available. I trusted MEXC to safeguard my investments, and right now, that trust is completely shaken. Resolve this issue without delay and return access to my assets.
