Delayed Mercedes Benz Deposit Refund

Mercedes Benz has been holding onto my 200,000 TL deposit for more than a month without giving it back. I sent the money on July 28, 2023, but I changed my mind and decided not to buy the vehicle. I've been trying to reach customer service and complain about this issue for 35 days, but I haven't received any response or refund yet. I'm thinking about taking legal action now.
