For Over Two Months, Mercedes-Benz Turkey Has Not Refunded Deposits
On September 14, 2023, I went to the online store and made a deposit of one hundred fifty thousand Turkish lira in order to place an order for a Mercedes EQB. Despite the fact that I canceled my order on September 19, 2023, the deposit has not been returned even though it has been over two months since the cancellation. Mercedes Turkey has not refunded the deposit nor provided any sort of explanation despite the numerous attempts that have been made to get in touch with customer service.
