Mercedes-Benz Türkiye Does Not Refund My Deposit

I bought a car online for 5.5 million TL. However, Mercedes-Benz still hasn't given me a refund of 400,000 TL for the other cars I reserved. It's been 35 days and they haven't even replied to my emails. I can never get a hold of anyone when I call. It's not right for a well-known brand to keep a customer's deposit and make it worth less when prices are going up. Their customer communication is already terrible. I think there's a ton they could learn about customer service from companies like Apple.
