Despite Payment, Mercedes-Benz Has Not Delivered My Vehicle for Days
I put 2,604,000 liras into the Mercedes-Benz account this morning, on December 10, 2023. I was supposed to receive the vehicle invoice within an hour, but it wasn't given to me even though it was held for two business days. I don't have a car or any money. The only person you can talk to is the customer service representative, and they just keep saying the same things again and again. Mercedes-Benz is such a letdown, it feels like all the money and the car just disappeared. This situation is so frustrating.
