Mercedes Online Order Nightmare: 35 Days and Still No Refund for Thousands
Mercedes. I made a reservation to order a vehicle from the online store. Later, they could not change the order because I wanted to transfer the vehicle to my wife. They canceled and placed a new order. 35 days have passed and 50,000 TL has still not been refunded. We constantly communicated its urgency. It was transferred to the returns department. You called customer service and your transaction was entered. Your refund will be made as soon as possible. The same notifications are constantly made. We also bought a car. Did we make a mistake? I don't understand how this works.
