Mavi Pants And Sweatshirt Quality Issue - Refund Request

On 25.01.2025, I purchased a pair of pants and a sweatshirt from the Mavi store in Elazığ Elysium. After a short period of use, the pants started to tear at the hems, the color faded, and the knees flared out. At the same time, the hems of the sweatshirt became loose and stretched, which I do not find acceptable in terms of product quality. I took both products to the store twice for assessment and on both occasions I received negative responses and no solution was offered. In addition, I submitted my complaint, but I did not receive any feedback there either, which further disappointed me. Due to the rapid deterioration of the pants and sweatshirt and the lack of support despite my repeated applications, I no longer trust Mavi’s product quality and customer service. I request a full refund for both products. After this experience, I do not intend to shop at Mavi again.
