Mavi Store Refuses Exchange for Defective Jeans



I purchased a pair of Mavi jeans from the Mavi store at Kayseri Kumsmall Mall. After about two months of normal use, the jeans tore near the back pocket, which I do not consider acceptable for a product that is marketed as durable.
When I went to the store and reported the issue, I was told that the exchange and refund period had expired, and therefore nothing could be done.
I believe that a tear occurring within such a short period of time indicates a product quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I am requesting that my jeans be replaced with a new, defect-free product.
I respectfully ask that this situation be reviewed and that I be supported in reaching a fair resolution.

The process has taken so long that neither the store staff nor the customer representatives are helping in any way; Mavi's lack of concern for customer satisfaction on its path to becoming a global brand is a good reason not to buy the brand again.
