On October 22, 2025, I purchased a pair of pants from the Mavi Galataport store, model Leila Mid Used Denim, product code m1010600-90997020.
I used the product for only about two weeks, and around November 10, the fabric started to tear at the back pocket area. I sent the pants in for inspection, but I received a negative response stating that the issue was caused by the customer and that there was no manufacturing defect.
Despite using the pants carefully and for such a short period of time, I do not believe it is acceptable for this kind of tearing to occur. I also strongly disagree with the claim that this is entirely user error and that no responsibility is accepted by the company.
Because I believe the product is defective, I am requesting either a replacement for my pants or, if possible, a refund. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed again and that my grievance be resolved. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities in accordance with my legal rights.
