Mavi Sold Me Jeans That Tore in a Month and Blamed Me for Washing Error
In May 2024, I purchased a pair of jeans from the Mavi store for ₺1200. Despite wearing them for a very short time, the fabric in the crotch area tore. I took the jeans to the Mavi store along with my receipt, and they were sent for inspection under complaint number 1002729523. However, even after 16 business days, I received no response. When I called customer service, they told me, "Yes, it is still waiting with the quality team." Later, I received a message stating that my request was rejected due to "customer washing error."
I am addressing those who, like me, have been loyal Mavi customers for years: their products are now both low quality and overpriced. I used to believe they were expensive but at least high quality, but that is no longer the case. They are basically selling jeans for ₺1200 that last only one or two months. I do not forgive them for this; ₺1200 is not a small amount of money today. They got my money once, but never again. Consider this a warning to those thinking of buying from them.
