Mavi Shirt Torn At Elbow And Faded Quickly Despite Proper Care

I purchased several shirts from Mavi, trusting the brand’s quality, but one of them tore at the elbow area while the others developed noticeable color fading. I have always washed and used the products according to the care label instructions. I reported the issue to a Mavi store, and the items were sent for inspection. However, I was informed that “no manufacturing defect was detected,” and my request for an exchange or refund was rejected. I strongly disagree with the claim of user error, as it is clear that both the tear and the color fading in such a short time indicate a problem with the material or production quality. Experiencing this level of deterioration under normal use is unacceptable. I chose Mavi with confidence, but this situation has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Therefore, I request that an exchange or refund be issued.
