ING Bank Charged an Annual Credit Card Fee of $37

I am an ING Bank Turkey credit card user residing in Istanbul. On my November 2026 statement, a fee of $37 was charged to my card as an annual membership fee without my consent or explicit approval. I do not accept this fee being reflected on my card. After noticing the transaction, I requested a refund of this annual fee through the ING mobile banking application, but my request was ignored and no positive or informative response was provided. I find it unacceptable that such an amount is charged without obtaining clear approval and that my refund request is disregarded. I request that the $37 annual membership fee reflected on my November 2026 statement be fully refunded to my card and that this fee not be charged to my credit card in the following periods without my open and explicit consent.
