Without Notification, Mango Canceled My Order

I just bought a product from Mango with the number Dj1yuw. But this morning, April 14, 2023, I got a message that my order had been canceled because the thing I wanted was no longer available. After two hours, I saw that the product was again available, so I put in a new order. When I called Mango's customer service to ask about the cancellation, the representative said, "Yes, your original order was canceled, and you have placed a new one." Do you want to talk about anything else?" The representative's carelessness and lack of professionalism were not appropriate. This is not the first time Mango has been so careless. I don't know if they will fill my new order or if they will cancel it again. When I called to find out what was going on, the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, sending me to other ways to get help instead of answering my questions. I'm very unhappy with Mango's service.
