On December 9, 2023, I purchased a jacket from Mango with the code DUT6TA. The app indicated that the item was shipped from the warehouse (notification received), but I was not provided with any tracking code. Upon contacting Mango customer support, I was informed that the item was lost during delivery. They mentioned that if the item is available in the warehouse, it can be resent; otherwise, a refund will be processed. I suggested checking the warehouse inventory since the app indicated that the item was in stock. However, I was told they couldn't do that. They later informed me that a new order for the item had been created. After 1-2 hours, I called Mango again to inquire about the current situation. This time, another representative provided me with the another tracking code. When I attempted to track the code online, I encountered an error. Upon calling Mango once more, another representative informed me that the department had not been notified to send the item to me and that there was no request for redelivery. I don't know what to do. Each representative is saying different things, and I am confused about whom to trust. Due to an error beyond my control, I cannot receive my item, and you cannot resolve my issue. When I asked to expedite the process, I was told it's impossible and was simply discouraged. Please dispatch my item as soon as possible.
