I Tried to Cancel One Item, but Mango Cancelled Everything

I placed an order for several items from Mango’s online store. During the checkout process, I wanted to cancel only one item, but the system ended up canceling my entire order. After this cancellation, I had to try purchasing some of the items again, but this time they were out of stock, so I couldn’t buy them. It is extremely disappointing that such a large and well-known brand has such a problematic online ordering and return system.
I tried contacting customer service regarding this issue with my order number EUUN0R, which occurred on December 1, 2025 around 09:20. However, it was very difficult to reach a representative, and I struggled to get any help throughout the process. Because Mango’s online return and order management system is not functioning properly, I lost both time and the opportunity to buy the items I originally wanted due to stock issues.
I request that Mango supply the items that were canceled. If they are no longer in stock, I expect a reasonable solution to compensate for the inconvenience. I also ask that Mango fix its online order and return systems so that these types of errors do not happen again.
