Hello, I bought a trench coat from the Mango store in IstinyePark on April 29, 2023. Sadly, I saw that the collar seam was missing an overlock stitch, so the collar was about 3–4 cm away from the jacket. On the back of the collar, there was a stain that looked wet. When I called customer service, they told me I couldn't ask for an exchange or return without the label and receipt. I had to fix it myself, but the stain is still there, and now, not even a month later, the pocket is ripped. I bought this because I trusted Mango's quality, which I now deeply regret. Either the quality of Mango's products has gone down or I got a broken one. Please help me figure out how to solve my problem. I didn't keep the receipt or the label because no one keeps those things when they buy something to wear. In this age of technology, please don't give such silly and weak reasons. The store already has the transaction dates because of my membership phone number, but they say they can't do anything without the label or receipt, even though I told them I didn't want a return but rather a repair or exchange. Mango should know what their products are and make them as easy to use as possible. I want my money back or a different product.
