I Report Wrong Item And Incomplete Refund From Mango Online Order
I placed an online order with Mango and purchased a coat and a trench coat. When my package arrived, I was shocked to find that the trench coat was replaced with a completely different jacket.
I immediately contacted Mango customer service. They advised me to return the incorrect item and write a note specifying the correct product I had originally ordered. I followed their instructions carefully. However, instead of sending me the trench coat I paid for, they refunded only the price of the coat I did not return. Worse still, the refunded amount was far less than what I paid for the trench coat.
I called customer service multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Now the trench coat I originally purchased is out of stock, leaving me both financially and emotionally disappointed.
I explicitly request the full refund of the remaining amount for the trench coat that was never delivered.
My refund still hasn't been processed. I have received messages multiple times saying I would be informed within 48 or 72 hours, but several 48 or 72 hours have passed and my problem still hasn't been resolved...
