I purchased a brown jumpsuit from the Mango store in Izmir Mavibahçe. After the very first wash, the color faded badly and white patches appeared on the fabric. Since I had no intention of returning the item at the time, I threw away the receipt. Unfortunately, I ended up unable to wear the product even once due to this issue.
To resolve the problem, I went to the Mango store in Konya Kent Plaza and requested an inspection. However, they refused to help because I did not have the receipt. When I called Mango customer service, they told me to request the inspection in-store, but again, the store declined to process it.
I paid around ₺1,650 for this jumpsuit, and now it is completely unusable after only a single wash. I live in a district, and traveling to the store takes about two hours each way, so making repeated visits is not a reasonable option.
I expect Mango to provide a fair solution without causing further inconvenience to customers. A product of this price and brand reputation should not lose color after just one wash, and refusing support without offering alternatives is unacceptable.
