Madame Coco Metrogarden Refused My Exchange – Poor Customer Service

After work, I went to the Madame Coco store in Metrogarden to exchange a product. When I approached the cashier and explained that I needed an exchange, they checked my receipt, asked where I had purchased the item, and then, after thinking for a while, told me “There’s an issue with the register, so we can’t process exchanges right now.”

They told me to come back later, so I made another trip, only to hear the exact same excuse—“The register is still not working.” No attempt was made to help me, and my time was completely wasted.

I expect better service from Madame Coco. If there is a real issue, inform customers properly, don’t just dismiss them! Fix your customer service and handle exchanges properly!
