After a long and difficult process, I finally managed to regain access to my account, only to discover that it had been permanently banned.

While the account was under my control, I never used cheats, third-party software, account trading, or any action that violates the game’s rules. I also have no knowledge of what actions may have been taken after my account was stolen, as those actions were completely outside of my control. As a result, all of my progress, effort, and the significant amount of money I spent on the game were suddenly lost.
Since my account was hacked and later permanently banned after I recovered it, I strongly believe that this situation was not caused by my actions. I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that all necessary checks be carried out, and that the permanent ban—which I believe to be unfair—be lifted, allowing my account to be reopened.
