I believe I was unfairly punished due to an incident that occurred today in Free Fire. While playing calmly and without any argument, I encountered a TikTok streamer named “dadaşlı” and the players “nikotin” and “A”**. Even though I did not provoke or argue with them, they insulted and swore at me, saying things like “you don’t know how to play fire” and “don’t steal fire”. These remarks unfairly provoked me.
As a result of this provocation and the swearing, I lost my temper, turned on my microphone, and responded with offensive language, while they continued insulting me as well. Despite this, it appears that only I was reported, and my account received a 1-day voice chat ban and a 2-day text chat ban, while no action was taken against the other players. I find this situation extremely unfair.
I respectfully ask Garena and the Free Fire team to review the in-game recordings, especially the match involving “nikotin” and “A”**, to clearly determine who initiated the insults and provocation, and to conduct a fair evaluation based on this. I truly enjoy playing the game and want to continue doing so. For this reason, I request that the voice and chat bans I believe were unfairly issued be reconsidered and, if possible, removed.
