I received a permanent ban on my Free Fire account unfairly, based on allegations of cheating and third-party software. My account UID is 2847576208. I have been unable to access my account for nearly 1.5–2 years, and all of the effort I put into it has essentially disappeared overnight.
Before the ban, I only received an in-game notice saying my account was under review, but I received no email notification or explanation. About three days after that warning, my access to the account was completely disabled. At that time, I also had an active monthly membership in the game. Despite this, I was given no clear reason and no detailed explanation.
I want to be absolutely clear that I never used cheats, macros, or any third-party program in the game. My phone was a Samsung A72. I do use a VPN in daily life, but I made sure my VPN was turned off whenever I logged into the game. If the system mistakenly flagged me simply because a VPN existed on my device or due to another technical issue, I request a thorough investigation to determine the actual cause—because I have never used cheating of any kind.
I spent an enormous amount of money on this account and invested a huge amount of time and effort. My years’ worth of costumes, items, and purchases are now locked in an account I cannot access. For this reason, I request that the ban decision—which I believe is unfair—be reviewed again in detail and that the restriction on my account be fully removed.
I have contacted Garena Support several times to appeal this ban. Most recently, because I cannot open a support ticket from the banned account, I am now submitting a request from another account on behalf of my banned account. I respectfully ask that this situation be resolved and that my access to my account be restored.
