When purchasing an item from Madame Coco, I wasn’t informed that returns or exchanges would not be allowed. After realizing this, I expressed that I wasn’t aware of such a policy, hoping for some understanding. Instead of a simple apology or acknowledgment that this information should have been communicated, the staff used a rude tone, telling me, “You should have known.” This lack of courtesy and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disappointing. A professional approach would have been to inform me of this policy politely and offer assistance. Madame Coco needs to train its staff on proper customer service practices and ensure that return policies are clearly communicated to avoid issues like this.
