I Face a Payment Issue on MAC’s Official Website, Order Not Created but Charged

On Thursday, September 19, I made a purchase worth ₺3,078 on MAC’s official website. However, due to a system error, my order was never created — even though the payment was successfully charged to my card. When I contacted customer service, they said they had opened a refund request and that the amount would be credited back to my account. However, several days have passed, and no refund has been issued.

I’m requesting that the ₺3,078 charged to my İş Bankası card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
